Program Disqualifiers:

  2. If the student for any reason becomes expelled from school, he/she is disqualified from the program and any program incentives immediately.
Program Acceptance:
  1. Qualified students and parents will be required to sign a consent form and waiver prior to any incentive being distributed.

  4. Qualified students and parents must engage in 1 or more positive character-building activity through one of our mentorship partnerships.
  5. Parents/Students are required to submit a copy of interim reports, report cards, and map testing results. Progress and grades will be confirmed with middle/high school administrators.
